 In this till you can see the London city in the night time. You can see famous places like the London bridge and the Big Ben. This is an establishing shot to really show 
off the place where this shot was taken.

establishing shot from an high angle view. 
This type of style is used to really show how 
fast and how far the person is ruining and
 it gives us a better idea on whats happening.

In this shot you can see a man jumping over the fence, this gives the audience questions who is he, what has he done and who is he trying to run away from? This is a mid shot and the camera is 
kind of hiding behind a wall to create suspicion.
